LOVELESS
Carl Frost is an introverted thirty-five-year-old with a passion for pigeon racing. He lives with and cares for his blind mother Esther but when she elopes to Malta with her solicitor, Carl has to come to terms with the harsh reality that even his elderly mother has better luck in love. Then he meets Gwynn. Over the course of a wild month, Carl is taken outside his comfort zone and into the weird and wonderful world of relationships. Faced with the mounting evidence of Gywnn’s incapacity to be faithful, Carl is forced to decide what he really wants in his life.
Loveless previously recieved development funding from Screen Australia. The script was selected for the 2008 Indivision project lab and was script edited by Keith Thompson (Clubland, Japanese Story).
Loveless has recently gone into advanced development, with the support of Screen Australia. David Curzon is the producer.
